HPS-1000 Super Stubby High Pressure Sodium Lighting System

HPS-1000 “Super Stubby” Features Include:
  • By mounting the HPS-1000 Lighthead assembly to a short, “stubby” platform and attaching two motorized positioning R-10 Rotators to its reflector, the lighthead and reflector can be remotely positioned or adjusted to focus brilliant illumination where it is needed most.
  • Incorporates the same 1000 watt, high pressure sodium bulb as the HPS-1000 spent fuel light.
  • The “Super Stubby” system provides optimum illumination for many refueling operations; including disassembly of upper internals, head lift, general cavity lighting and core reload.
